The land development arm of Captain's Cove Marina is progressing on several other projects.      In Calgary, final engineering is nearing completion on a 1000 residential unit plan with a neighbourhood shopping complex in the Springbank area.      In Seattle, building permits are being applied for approximately 70 multi-family units on 3 waterfront sites.
